Management is okay it can be better. Communication by managers could be more positive. It feels as if they are demeaning in there feedback and passive aggressive. There's nothing difficult about this job. Meeting cool people that shop at the job is the most enjoyable part of the job.

Bureaucracy had increased tenfold and perks were being pulled one by one. A number of my colleagues had left citing similar concerns.
