Maybe edit it the way you want, save and change its Priorities to Read Only I really don't know how to help you I've x monitor and, as I said, everything's just fine except black bars on cut scenes. Sadly, FPS drop is too big. Well i thought i would take a look at the forums to see if anyone else was having Ultra wide issues, now im hoping for a reply at least from the Dev's on a upcoming fix?
It's running fine for me x but i have encontered this "alt-tab" bug once or twice But it was random, still, a bug that need to be fixed. Look to send this issue to ubisoft as it maybe something to do with a patch or bug with the setting. Sound like this is to do with the setting to x What do you mean and how would it matter? Camera might be just slightly moved.
Any fix available? I tried with it, game launched but when I put back it started to alt tab again.. Any idea? Hi guys, I can confirm that this has been reported to the dev team. We will update you once we have more information. Thank you. It'd be nice to not have cut scenes restricted to ratio, too. Might have been reported, but whether or not something is done about it is down to the beancounters, who care about numbers only.
Hoping for a quick patch so I can play this the way it's meant to be played! Just to inform you. Although annoying one. You can exit to pause menu during a cutscene and resume back in.
Whens the fix coming ubi? By not releasing a fix youre suggesting that either we should download unsafe fixes with viruses or just play with massive annoying black bars on the screen.
I paid for this and I want x If modders can fix it surley you can?? Go to nvidia control panel. Its free and safe from flawlesswidescreen. Global Achievements. AC3 steam overlay is supersized, game is widescreen, startup and menu are incredibly blurry. So I have the deluxe edition from steam. I thought at first my problems had to do with something regarding having pre-loaded the game.
But after reinstalling they still persist. Sorry if my wording is not incredibly technical. I started up the game and it shows the steam overlay For example the part that states "This game is made by a multicultural team of many races, religions, and whatnot" is almost totally unreadable.
The menu screen appears. The game is widescreen, so there is a black bar at the top and the bottom. There is a delay trying to scroll down the menu and trying to play around with the resolution seems to have no affect at all.
I am using an alienware laptop that is only about three years old the drivers are all more or less updated as of the summer. I can post a full list of my specs if they would be helpful. I am wondering if anyone could help get the steam overlay back to normal size, make the game fit fullscreen, and fix the text and menu from being incredibly blurry. Showing 1 - 15 of 20 comments. Just scrolling through the different resolutions doesn't change it immediately. You have to set your resolution, then click BACK to apply it. That is what I am doing, yeah.
And the resolution setting that it is on is the same as what it is for most games, especially the other AC games and has given me no problems. It is the highest resolution. You may need to put a ticket in with Ubisoft, that is strange. Also check for an update to your video card drivers.
It seems that my problem is that the game is stuck on a low resolution setting and even when I change it, it remains at that low resolution. There should be a file called Assassins3.
